RIMI 4 rolls model BULL

It is the new line of hydraulic plate rolls with 4 rolls extremely sturdy in its structure with rolls sliding onto rectilinear guides. Thanks to the great stiffness of the structure, together with the precision ot the movements, given by a modern hydraulic-electronic system, the maximum precision both for pre-bending and bending is guaranteed. All the functions of the machine are controlled by a very modern PLC and upon request modern CNC (graphical and easy to use) can be supplied.

Hydraulic 4 rolls bending machine designed to bend plates of small-medium thickness. This is a double-pinch machine. The lateral rolls position can be adjusted through hydraulic cylinders in order to get the required bending radius. The rolls rotation system occurs through 2 hydraulic motors coupled to 2 planetary gearboxes directly fitted onto the rolls. The RIMI 4RP, which is an evolution of the historic SERTOM bending machine RIMI, produced since 1972, keeps the main features of its ancestor, that is STURDINESS AND OPERATIVE FLEXIBILITY, adding to these all advantages of the technological evolution of more than 30 years of research and development.
