SERTOM’s hydraulic presses line includes machines with fix or moveable gantry and fix or moveable cylinder, with a capacity to press up to 2000 Ton (metric) for standard production presses, or over in case of custom made machine.
Our presses are able to satisfy every customer request, from pre-bending, bending and plate straightening up to big thicknesses (with moveable gantry).
It has as main feature the absolute reliability also in presence of extremely hard productive cycles.
The qualifying features of the said press by fixed piston can be resumed so as follows:
- Particular structure of the basement, of the shoulders and of the traverse built in electrowelded plates and thermally treated for the stress relieving of the welding.
- Particular dimensioning of the structures executed in such way to stand the maximum
stresses without having any structural alteration.
- The commands are reduced to the essential on a unique moveable control panel.
