HALL 3 STAND 3H60

Dans la travée de 12 mètres de la nouvelle unité productive il a été installé une grue de 30 TON + 5 TON pendant que dans la travée de 21 mètres une grue de 60 TON + 15 TON sur chariot séparé. Avec l'installation de ces duex nouvelles grues nous pouvons donc commercer l'utilise du nouvel espace pour le montage des machines; nous avons commencè avec une 4 rouleaux 4000X180 vendue à une maison allemande.

Nous sommes en phase de construction de un nouveau batiment productive Sertom qu'il va a agrandir la surface existant jusque a une aire couvert globale de plus de 4500 m2.

La surface du nouvel agrandissement c'est de 1200 m2 couverts divisè en deux travées de 21 et 12 mètres.

Avec un capacitè de soulevement de 120 tons globales, il rendrà possible la production de machineries de grandes dimensions.

La fin des travaux est prévue pour Décembre 2011.

Sertom decided to stop the CO2 emission and install a solar power plan on his roof.

The total installed power is 120 Kw, and started to produce green energy on December 2010

The German company Ambau GmbH, leader in the building of in-offshore wind towers has installed the 6° machine Sertom, an hydraulic bending machine mod. EMO 30-160 EMO, in Cuxhaven.

The machine has been successfully commissioned and is working perfectly for the production of monopile for wind tower offshore.

In four months the 7° machine mod. EMO 30-160 will also be installed always for the production of parts of wind tower offshore.

Another success for Sertom that has demonstrated once again to be the leading supplier of bending machine used for the production of wind towers.

Elle s'est terminée avec succès notre exposition EuroBLECH 2010, l'exposition technologique du monde largerst de travail des tôles, qui s'est tenue à Hanovre (Allemagne) du 26 au 30 Octobre 2010.
